Lights & Visibility: All lights, including the internal lights, are checked for optimal performance or faults. Windows, wipers, and mirrors are also checked for defects and weak points, along with registration plates being checked to ensure clarity.
Vehicle Interior: All internal controls, including horn, hazard lights, air conditioning and seat belts, are checked to confirm they are all working as standard. We also check the internal diagnostics, including warning messages from the internal vehicle software.
Steering, Suspension & Drive System: All joints, gaiters and wheel bearings are inspected and tested for strength and function. Front & rear shock absorbers are checked and tested, alongside wheel alignment analysis.
Braking System: The braking system, including discs and pads, and all surrounding mechanisms are checked, measured, and recorded for their service life.
Under the Bonnet: An under the bonnet inspection ensures the working order of the engine and that no faults or leaks are present. Air & oil filters, spark plugs and drive belts checked and replaced if required.
Under the Vehicle: Trays from under the vehicle are removed, then the transmission is thoroughly checked for leaks, faults, rust or corrosion. All lines are inspected for defects and oil drained from the engine before trays are replaced.
Tyres: Tyres, including your spare wheel, are checked for tread and tyre pressures before refitting. Inflation kits are also checked where appropriate. Wheels are also checked for corrosion or weak points.
Final Checks: Brake fluid and anti-freeze levels are checked to ensure that they are at the correct levels to ensure we keep you safe. We re-fill the engine with new oil.

A bit of a shock about the cost, but additional work carried out after service and inspection was needed to ensure car safety and reliability.

There's a good reason why these guys are highly regarded in Cheltenham. They fixed a nasty brake gremlin that my car baffled me with for over a year. The dealer would have charged circa 5.5k to replace everything brakes related, but these guys found it was a fluid level sensor and fixed my car for an order of a magnitude lower price. Well done, I'm very grateful.

Called up with slow puncture issue, and fit in straight away. After a short wait (and a free coffee) puncture was repaired for the fraction of a cost of a replacement tyre and I was on my way.
